Martin Krizischke, the founder of the Bitstore System and Software Solutions Group, has been active in the IT services sector since 1997. He established Bitstore as a sole proprietorship in 2010. Today, the Bitstore System and Software Solutions Group encompasses 42 brands and 24 system and software companies at 26 locations throughout Germany, employing more than 200 people. 

With annual revenues of approximately €30 million, the group is among the most successful IT and telecommunications specialists on the German market.

The Bitstore System and Software Solutions Group is entirely owner-managed, with no direct or indirect investor participation. This independence enables long-term, well-considered business decisions made in the best interest of both customers and employees — without being driven by short-term, profit-focused goals that are often harmful in the long run.
